Pam Banschbach has served as Kids Ministry Associate at FBC Farmersville since January 2023. Along with other responsibilities, she is responsible for organizing and enlisting volunteers to care for preschoolers during worship services. Pam loves kids and worked as an elementary resource aide in a public school for several years. She has also served as church secretary and music director at other churches in the area.

Pam has taught preschoolers, children, and teens at church for over 30 years. She currently teaches 1-year olds in Sunday School. Pam and her husband, Tom, joined FBC Farmersville in 2018. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Pam enjoys several activities including cooking, sewing, crocheting, and spending time with family.
